Two Armed Robbers Killed At Alakija Bus Stop, Satellite Town, Lagos

Two suspected robbers operating in the Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State have secured speedy visas to hell in a botched operation.
Two armed robbers were gunned down, this morning, at Alakija bus stop, Satellite town, Lagos State.
The suspected robbers were killed, yesterday after a six-man robbery gang had trailed and dispossessed a woman of the large sum of money she had gone to withdraw at a first generation bank in Satellite Town, Lagos.
According to Vanguard, motorists and residents alerted the Police attached to Satellite Division Police Station of the activities of the robbers and that the Divisional Police Officer mobilised his men, who went after the robbers.
Four of the suspects, who headed towards Satellite Town, were apprehended and the loot recovered, while two others that were on motorbike, were gunned down at Alakija Bus Stop, and guns were recovered from them.
Reports have it that the timely arrival of the operatives of the Nigeria Police Force aborted the operation with the outlaws not being lucky this time around.
This caused a scene at the Alakija area with passers-by hustling to have a glance at the corpses of the robbers.
