Premier League Champions Chelsea has reportedly entered the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain defender Serge Aurier this summer according to report.
The 24-year-Ivorian right back has been linked with a move away from French capital following the arrival of Brazilian star Dani Alves, with Europa Cup winner Manchester United rumored to be interested in the £27m player in recent days.
it was claimed that Red Devil was not interested in the African star, however, with a report from Le 10 Sport, that the Blues have now emerged as the frontrunners to sign the Ligue 1 defender.
Le 10 Sport claims that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte's side have made initial inquiries with PSG over Aurier's availability and are now considering tabling an offer for him.
Serge Aurier who is currently banned from entering the United Kingdom for assaulting a police officer in Paris last year, but has applied to have the restriction overturned and will discover the verdict in the next few weeks.
