We all remember the story of Ese Oruru who was abducted and married forcefully.
Months after that incident another case is at hand of Rachel Onoja a minor who hails from Benue State and has been abducted and forced into marriage by the son of one Alhaji Sani Mohammed from Gombe State.

She was first abducted from a house where she stayed in Kumo before she was rescued and then taken to Abuja to live with her Sister.
It was while staying at her sisters' that she was abducted finally and forced into marriage and Islam.
Alhaji Sani Mohammed who had earlier forcefully married one of the Onoja daughters states that the girls weren't forced.

Rachel's sister Lilian who brought Rachel from their hometown stated that her sister loved to read the Bible and is an ardent Christian and that there is no doubt that she was forced into this marriage.
