President Nelson Mandela, the first black president of South Africa dies at 95; the legendary, revolutionary hero of not just South Africa but of the entire world was announced dead by President Zuma of South Africa.
The legend who had battled with health issues in recent times passed away at his home.
He fought for peace and justice and freedom of South Africa and was imprisoned for 27 years during the times of racial segregation in South Africa. Mandela served as the first black president of South Africa from 1994 – 1999.
President Zuma said: Mandela earned “the respect of the world”.
President Obama said: the world has lost a “profoundly good” human being.
Prime Minister David Cameron said: Mandela inspired millions.
Papa God bless you, you were an inspiration to us all and your legacy shall forever live on.
